Central Harlem Brownstone

The Central Harlem Townhouse renovation reimagines an historic brownstone floor-through apartment for contemporary urban living while preserving the character and craftsmanship of its original architecture.

The project pairs restoration with strategic reconfiguration—aligning ceiling lines, opening sightlines, and introducing unified millwork and material palettes to create a more coherent and adaptable home.

As designer and project manager, I guided the work from concept through construction, coordinating communication, documentation, and on-site execution to maintain design integrity throughout the process.

The result is a layered interior that connects architecture and interiors in a unified visual language—balancing proportion, flow, and crafted detail.
